Each time I go into this branch I have a TERRIBLE experience--with today being the worst! I brought a friend from out of town to cash a check (from Chase bank account!!) as I had encouraged him to open an account here to make things easy. BIG MISTAKE! An issue with the check led us to seek out HELP from the branch manager, LEROY SMITH. Another mistake! He was not helpful at all! In fact, rather than researching why and how to solve the issue, he suggested that we go to a cash checking place?!? Whaaat?!? This was ludicrous. The check was from a Chase bank with a high balance and we all had Chase accounts. My fault for continuing to believe that they can be the bank we first started banking with!
