I have been a customer of this company for almost 2 years. I have never once made my payment after…read morethe grace period. My credit report will reflect that. I call in to make a payment ONE DAY after the grace period (slipped my mind due to what's going on in the world), and they not only charge me the $10 late fee but also a $2 fee to pay over the phone. However, when I was on the phone, she quoted me the price she was charging my card but my bank account now reflects she added onto it. That's bad business especially with a customer who has been loyal with on time payments for almost 24 months. You would think they would show courtesy and waive that once. But she didn't even offer to. I will not renew my loan and will not refer anyone here due to the poor customer service I received yesterday.
