Lumber yard is in the back so you have to pull around after paying. They also have primer and paint. If you need anything for home improvement to your home, they have it here. They are also have a locksmith on duty. I even saw some gas heaters in here too.

The customer service has always been top of the line here with me as well as my family. We have heard this from others such as friends too. You just go inside and tell them what you want, then get your "pick up" paper and drive around back and give it to the loader and they will put it in your truck. How cool is that. It's easy. So I recommend them highly. They will also grill out hot dogs like on a Saturday and draw names for free merchandise. I have seen a local radio station here promoting this event.

Recently In December of 2024 a senior citizen received her appliances, but unfortunately, the delivery process resulted in significant damage to her flooring. She is understandably distressed by this situation and is requesting that Lowe's take responsibility for the repairs needed to restore her floor. The technicians left the water/plumbing attachment unattached. This resulted in significant flooding to her home damaging her flooring. Please see attached picture. As a senior citizen she began soaking up the water with anything she could grab such as beddings and towels. She regretted not taking pictures of the flooding. I kindly ask that you follow up directly at her. It is important for her to receive prompt assistance regarding this matter, and I believe your team can help resolve it satisfactorily. I quickly decided to try Sunflower Lumber Company. I called and ordered everything I needed and they had it delivered to Itta Bena before Lowe's. Lowe's couldn't even tell me the time I could expect the driver to arrive. I had to spend a bit more with Sunflower Lumber Company but the level of service was well worth it. I ended up having to call them back later for more material and again, the customer service was top tier.
