There are many construction and hardware businesses in the area, but their longevity and expansion is proof that they have a pool of loyal and new customers who are satisfied with the quality of both the products and services they offer. Divisoria businesses live because of loyalty or "suki" and their suki know that the store owners and management is very easy to do business with. Try them for your construction needs!
*Note: This is a 4.5 Star review…read more I'm excited to share that my "engagement house" renovations are speeding up and, yes, we started to shop for furniture/fixtures! Our architect was more than willing to help us out in purchasing what we need. He suggested that we go to his "Suki" store and ended up here. For me, I wanted to go somewhere where I go buy everything at a very reasonable price. Plus, we were recommended to go here because our architect has a membership card! 5% off is still a good discount! The warehouse is fairly small compared to the ones in Pasig. But, the selection they have are the reliable brands that come with a good price tag. However, they didn't have some brands that I wanted to buy. A bit inconvenient but I plan to just go to the main branch for other items. The one thing I didn't like was that, when we needed help, it took quite awhile for any staff to help us. Only when they noticed that we were buying in bulk that they started to eagerly help out. When their staff did start helping us, they provided useful, informed, and practical advise on which product to buy. In the end, we bought 3 sets of toilets and sinks, 2 sets of showers, my kitchen sink and other fixtures! After adding it all up with the 5% discount, we were ready to pay. Then, the manager approached us and offered that we pay Cash on Delivery. Whut?! That is unheard of but, of course, we accepted! This shopping trip really got me excited for the next few weeks! :D

My family and friends have purchased meats here and have been pleased with the quality. I love all the sample stations scattered throughout the store, plus they have a food court with tons of seating. A shopper with a full stomach is a happy shopper, definitely puts me in the mood to buy more. Make sure to have your receipts out as you exit, so the staff can inspect it and your purchases. The property, along with the parking lot, is gated and staffed with security guards: no panhandlers here. Sales days are CRAZY!!!! they'll have tents outside to shade those long lines of people waiting to get inside. As for me, I'll come when it's NOT a big sales event.

We were on the 4th floor which is where they had their candies. As well as toys and kids clothing and some household stuff and Christmas decor. But whatever, eventually we found it near the escalator inside the store. Well the store was clean. SUPER BUSY maybe because it's only a few days till Christmas. But literally when we paid there were like 9 people behind the register counter for 3 registers. We were the only people in line. So yeah that was really fast service. Anyways , last minute pasolubong was overpriced but my bad on my end. The store overall looked very clean and organized. There's lots of workers to assist.
