Travis presented a great sales pitch presenting himself as thorough and claiming his report will be extremely detailed and informative. However it was none of the sort. In fact our own amateur testing showed much more informative results than his overpriced analysis. He only took 4 limited samples of the air and one of which was done from outside. Guess which air sample gave all the results of toxic mold? Outside! We were getting sick and knew the mold was the cause instead he sampled random areas that were not areas of our main concern in the home. He did not take enough pictures of the mold and his "inspection" lasted all of 30minutes not nearly as thorough as described. Complete waste of money we were better off using Microsoft paint to make our own report than paying for this garbage service. That last thing that annoyed me is he downplayed the mold visibly present in the house and completely ignored some mold areas. It's almost as if he was biased towards homeowners and didn't want to provide us, the people paying him, to find document and test the mold!!!Instead he acted like it's no big deal for mold to be present in the HVAC lines. He only took one picture and inspected one line when the entire ventilation system is contaminated with mold. It would have helped us greatly if he had checked and photographed each vent line and documented that in his report. Looks like we will have to go behind him and do everything ourselves anyway. His report is incomplete lacking in detail and disingenuous to the people paying for the service. Travis failed to provide the valuable information we were searching for. I would not recommend this service at all. Take your money elsewhere.

Travis came the next day and spent several hours inspecting the entire property and took a lot of air samples. The results of the environmental test were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
