The service in the shop on Wigan Road was friendly and efficient, and they came out to measure up when they said they would. In fact the guy who came to do the job was great, offering us some really good advice about what to go for. Once the order had been placed it was fitted with the minimum of fuss or bother. Tile quality awful. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!…read more Bought their Super black glossy polished porcelain tiles online in November 2015. To start with, they were not as glossy as advertised but decided to go with it anyway. Immediately after careful installation and grouting, there were 100s of visible scratches all over these tiles. Tiles absorbed the grout from the sides and all edges turned hazy. Having these tiles in the kitchen area for about 7 months now, these tiles lost all their shine and colour, have millions of scratches all over and now they have to be removed. Going back and forward with the customer services, I'm now told that I need to put a full installation report from my tiler, which I have to pay him extra for his time, plus an additional £90 for a specialist to come over and have a look. I have already lost a lot of money, I'll have to pay extra for removal of these tiles yet sending pictures of tiles or taking them to the store is not enough and still I have to pay on top of that to get my money back? Thanks but no thanks!

Forget the ubiquitous shell suite, Bathstore is filled with gorgeous bathroom suites that make me want to light the candles and sink into a bathful of bubbles. There is a fabulous circle bath (just think no arguments about taps!) For the tradionalist they have some superb cast iron enabled baths. The only downside to the bathstore is that its pricey although the bathroom suites are all evry stylish. Also Bathstore do not fit the suites and If you're looking for a one stop shop - finding your own fitter can be a bit of a pain. Overall, they have some fabulous quality baths and very helful staff.

He gave honest advice and recommendations based on what is best for me and not the most expensive product and I liked that. He did make me aware of all options but offered his honest opinion. The prices were also reasonable. I would have liked a greater online presence, perhaps booking an appointment online but I did get a phone call back promptly after requesting an appointment with a time to suit me, so that was still really good. I would use Archer Blinds if I needed more blinds again, I found the overall quality, service and prices to be better than my previous provider, Middleton Blinds. 4*

The prices seemed quite reasonable, although I should add that we aren't experts on the going rate for these sorts of items The customer service wasn't bad: someone quickly spotted we needed some advice and offered a few ideas. In the end, though, we buy anything from these people. The main reason for that was that they didn't offer a complete service: we would have had to hunt around for other people to strip out our old bathroom, install everything, plumb it in, paint and decorate it Since both of us have busy jobs and neither of us are DIY experts, we went somewhere else where an all-in-one service was offered. It cost quite a bit more though However, if we had the time and the expertise, we might well use these people for some new bathroom ideas.
