I came by here looking to get my windows tinted and I had canvassed two other places prior to coming here. Had my car windows tinted here and they came out great. Had to go a little darker cause the heat is beginning to rise for the summer. They are having their sale special so I went with $319 totaling $335 with tax. Didn't want to go cheap and have my tint turn purple in a couple of year Staff was really nice and explained everything as we went over from beginning to end. Recommended read more

I took my 2010 Lexus HS for tint all around. Super helpful staff took the time to explain all the different options and pricing. Asked me the right questions to help find the perfect level of tint for my needs and wants. I called about window tinting for my Silverado and was able to get squeezed in the same day. I was told it would be about 3.5 hours but got my truck about an hour later. I got the nanotech 35% window tint which is great! Customer service was great, if any problems with the tint later on I'll come back and add to the review but I highly doubt I'll have to. Lifetime warranty on the tint anyways. read more

They did a great job tinting my front windows another 12% or so darker! I had called ahead of time and Adrian helped me out by giving me some estimates for costs and then I made an appointment and went in. Super easy and doing the 2 front windows only took about 45 minutes. They had to take off a previous film first and that was an additional charge of about $20 per window which isn't bad at all. I went with the medium quality film because I didn't care too much about significant heat reduction but just wanted to darken up the two front a bit more for the look and to protect the inside of the vehicle a bit. Adrian was really wonderful and didn't pressure me at all and he was very straightforward/honest about the risks that come with heavily darkening your windows (i.e tickets). read more

Stay away! If your lucky enough to even have this guy answer your call or texts it's not worth it in the long run. His business phone says to text him every time you call. He never texts back. Leave as voicemail on the phone as no return call.finally got a hold of him after several weeks, has the car done s and HORRIBLE! Crooked tint on the windows and bubbles and peeling in just 2 weeks. Do you think I would be able to get s a hold of him to fix the issues, NOT A CHANCE! Now I know why he doesn't answer any messages bc he's worried about customers calling to complain so he hides. Definitely not worth the headache for his price. Go somewhere else. read more

Ace Window Tinting did a phenomenal job on my BMW 328i. They were communicative and prompt with their work. They have a lifetime warranty against any bubbles, warping, etc. and they stand behind their work. I am more than happy with the quality of the work for the price paid. This is the 2nd time now that I've used Ace Window Tinting and each time, Adrian and his crew do a stellar job. In anticipation of having to travel to Arizona, I made an appointment a week before leaving. Adrian helped me decide which darkness would be appropriate for my CRV, and Jeff installed them within 2 hours! Wow! The tinting really helped cut the heat and glare during my travels and I absolutely love how slick my car looks now too. Don't hesitate to go to Ace Window Tinting. Do you want to tint your windows? You can't really do much better than Adrien and his team. Working out of a somewhat hidden storefront in yet another nondescript mini-mall in the working section of Escondido, you will find Ace Window Tinting. You enter into a box-like front room, that's the waiting room, it's mainly empty with a few chairs and a desk or two, but no employees. You then need to enter the back section of the shop, where all the magic happens. In the rear cavernous space, there will most likely be a car or three getting tinting and Adrien and his team hard at work. This is a no-frills space, but the lack of decor has nothing to do with the work they put out here. To completely tint your vehicle's windows you can spend anywhere from a couple of hundred dollars to several hundred dollars. Adrien walks you thru the options and fully knows the CA state laws on vehicle window tinting, he has to, it's his job. There's no big upsell here either, He genuinely seems to be happy to have your business, whatever you purchase. Make an appointment as Ace is pretty much busy with customers cars all day long. The final product is of excellent quality and workmanship and depending on the package you purchase, guaranteed for life. As for those of you who want to bend the CA laws (like a limo tint on your front side windows), Adrien will try to talk you out of it, or at the very least let you know what you're in for if you go dark on your tint. He says that every day he has one or two cars coming to him to remove the front window tints due to a traffic ticket received. Top notch work across the board, highly recommended. read more

We had schedule an appointment with another company and when we showed up we were treated poorly and decided to leave... we started searching for other tint locations and I called Ace Window tinting first and didn't need to keep calling around. Adrian was great, I let him know I was hoping to get both of my vehicles done today as it's my only day off. He gladly said come on over we can do them today. My tint was done yesterday. The shop is awesome clean and the guys are working hard. Andre explained everything. I got actual guidance in tint. When was the last time you got guidance? For example, I wanted darker but he asked if I went off-road at night. Yes I do. We decided on the right tint for my show condition Jeep. Visible through driver and passengers glass. Last thing, I want is have it too dark that it impedes my day and night driving pleasure. They also laid a tint under my windshield banner. The banner actually serves a purpose with the underneath tint.. "Rebel off Road" in orange looks sharp on my mojo green Wrangler. Thanks ACE! read more

This is the first time I ever have my car tinted. Lowest price for the quality and warranty, plus since it's so close to my house I had to come here. I got all side windows and back window tinted for $329 (upgraded front side windows to CXP), and he threw in the windshield visor strip for free. The tint came out darker than I thought it would be, but Adrian said that there should be no issues to have the front windows at 45% and the back windows at 5%. I already noticed that the car is a lot cooler than it was before getting the windows tinted. Location is very convenient, right next to the Shell gas station and not too far from Nordahl Marketplace. Would definitely come again. read more

I made an appointment for a super hot Saturday afternoon. ETA to get it done was about 3 hours so i was going to walk over to Walmart shopping center with a 3 years but it was just too hot and decided to just wait it out. I prayed a toddler would be able to wait that long LOL Andrew offered to drive us to the shopping center too but wanted to stay and pray instead. To my suprise, Andrew and his amazing team sped up the process and was done within an hour because they knew i was waiting. Everyone worked on my car at once and i appreciate it SO MUCH!!!!!! My son went today to get his window tinted on his truck when we went to drop it off they said it was 299 but when we came back to pick up the truck it was 399 plus taxes. First off I have tinted a lot of car windows in my life and never got charged tax on window tint job. Next there still bubbles and streaking on the windows never seen that before. For the price of window tinting my son will take back his truck if there any problems. I don't recommend you don't go to this business it's too expensive. Go else where. read more

Literally theeee BEST window tinting place ever Adrian takes pride in the quality of work he does and the material and film that he uses is strong and not cheap! I've gotten two of my cars tinted here already in the past and love how they both turned out! I refer my friends to them also! Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent! I just recently bought another new car and after moving to San Francisco I am actually considering taking a road trip to San Diego just to get my window tint done by them!! After buying my new car I called Adrian to ask questions about how do identify a good tint place up here and he helped me decide on the shade that would best fit my new car and also helped me with questions to ask when I'm shopping around for a new window tint place in San Francisco. It's very impressive that their customer service extends even after you get your car done and give them your business. I came to Ace a couple months ago to get the front windows tinted on my new Maserati. Adrien gave me a super competitive quote and went over all the different options with me, including what extra UV protection for the tinting. He did an amazing job, was super courteous, and, two months later, both the front windows are great! No bubbles or scratches. He even said that if there was any issue in the future, to bring it back in and he would fix it. Because of this amazing customer service and skill, I brought in my dad's G Wagon to get his front windows tinted, as well. He remembered me and gave me another very competitive quote! He did a great job with this job, as well. I would highly recommend Ace Window Tinting and will be a repeat customer! read more

His team is also helpful. They went through what I needed vs. didn't need. Some cars have factory tint, but they don't have the UV protection. I decide to get what I got on my last car which is the crystalline series. You don't have to get this all over, but I did because I drive daily and I'm in the suns path often; also because I have people in my car often. It's good in preventing skin cancer or giving you peace of mind if you have had it. The cost is reasonable; they do a fantastic job and the ceramic tint lasts a really long time. You cannot tell it's on your windows, but you can feel the extreme difference between having it and not having it. An easy 15-20 degrees cooler in direct sun. I swear by this business and their products. They also do wraps and coating and other types of things like that. I haven't used those services, but I am sure they do a fantastic job with them. They are a well trained staff. They know what they are doing. I HIGHLY recommend them.

After 2 years the PPF on my doors started to come off. So I came back here and asked them if they could fix it. But he wasn't there that day I was dealing with immature Mike. So I left. I took my vehicle around the corner to Tint World and I told them what happened here at Luxury Image. They took a look at the PPF on my doors and right away they pointed out all of the flaws my PPF had. They couldn't believe that they installed the PPF in that manner. They explained to me that nothing was wrapped correctly. They simply put it up against the edge as far as they could go and cut it. They gave me a great deal on all the doors and rockers. Don't waste your time coming here to Luxury Image. They should change their name to Lying Luie & Immature Mike. There are plenty of other places with better prices, better product, and better customer service. Not to mention 10 year warranties. This place only offers a 1 year warranty and Immature Mike acting aggressively.
