My insurance decided to use this shop it was dispatch at 12:44pm it was suppose to be 45-75 mins it is now 2:30 pm I had to call only to find out there truck is broken and they will not be able to do the request all I'm asking is that they notify my after the allotted time then have me waiting for damn near 3 hours and I garrentee you that if I had not called they would have never told me why take a request when you truck is down and don't notify the owner. read more

I was supposed to get service for a tire change within 90 minutes to 120 minutes. Three hours later and they never came. Nor was I called. They are the most irresponsible roadside assistance provider I've ever dealt with in over 50 years. read more

The worst shop ever. My car was towed in through my insurance after dying. They claimed the battery needed to be replaced. It didn't. It was the alternator that needed replacement. Not rocket science. Spilled oil all over the hood of my car and didn't even wipe it off. Then as I spoke to the two kids with billing, they spent the whole conversation insulting my car and all others similar. Extremely unprofessional and totally incapable, not to mention awfully dishonest. They don't even answer their phone or return calls. Total wreck of a business. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST. If you need a tow you're better off pulling it with your teeth. And god forbid if your car is ever repo'd and brought there. THEY WILL EXTORT YOU. It's up to them when they release it and the owner/slob has always been on a power trip. If you're a woman it's even more disgusting. The majority that work there are ALL like this. I beg you if you're reading this, PLEASE go elsewhere. This coming from someone who currently works here. I'd rather them lose business then have them continue to treat people this way. Stopped by and spoke to someone in office, about some work on my car. I filled out paper work and was told we will call next week. Next week came and went. I called the following week was told they would call me or his secretary would, no call back. I called the following week spoke to someone they apologized we didn't call you back, but would call me when he got back to office since my call was fowarded to his cell phone. Been another week no call. Tells you a lot about this business. read more

Excellent shop. I found that I needed a new engine in my car and I had to decide whether to do it or buy a newer used car. They located an engine with half the mileage of any three year old car that I was looking at and had it installed quickly and professionally. The communication between me and the shop as they located the engine and did the repair was second to none. They fixed several other minor things that they found along the way, and I got my car back and in the best shape it has been in since I bought it and I bought it with more mileage than it has on it now. I am so happy with this garage, and I look forward to using them again if I need to in the future. It's nice to have a reliable shop out in the New York area that I can count on. read more

Answered a service request from my insurance provider and indicated they would arrive in 45-90 minutes. After 90 minutes with no contact, they resp to our call that it would be another twenty minutes. After leaving me stranded for over 2.5 hours they refused to answer calls from either myself or the insurance company. An absolutely terrible experience. read more
