No-show for come-back visit. On first visit, he injured his back going into the crawlspace. He had the courage to contact me after my review of one star. Shane is wonderful. He designed and remodeled our kitchen to the kitchen of our dreams. He is efficient and make sure the work is done right. He is also willing to listen and talk through concerns during a big project. I will definitely be using ACES again in the future. read more

Shane is great! He is quick and efficient on what needs to be done! He has done what others have not even dared for us and accomplished it! We had a door that was installed incorrectly when they painted our house that was driving us crazy. Shane was able to completely turn it and have the door on the outside where it should have gone the first time. He also re adjusted our front door to where the hinges are now flush and we no longer have to pull up the front and back door to lock it! He also repaired our back door paint that was chipping off and looked horrible. While he was here he also installed a ceiling fan for us and helped us put up a blind that was not wanting to stay on the frame.And lastly we had inquired about getting some mold off the side of the house and he came next day with broken ribs and power washed the house! This man is amazing at what he does and goes above for his clients! The value of work to money is amazing and we appreciate him SO much. If I could give him a 10/5 I would! read more
