In the show room we worked with Rich and he knew everything about the products and made us feel comfortable. He did not pressure us and made sure that we were selecting the best product that would work for us and our needs (which is unlike other larger companies in our area). Wonderful products and service. His son did the installation. We had a complicated project with nice hardwood laminate that was put into several rooms. First they had to tear out several different types of flooring and make sure all the rooms were all level. This was complicated because we had several years and layers of laminate from the previous homeowners. His team was on time, worked hard and in the end their work was beautiful! This is the best flooring company in the canton, Livonia, Plymouth and Westland area. You will get individual service because the people care about their customers and it is family owned.
