PLEASE READ MY STORY!!!!!! Help for your customers! That's…read morea lie! My Wells Fargo bank account was locked, and my account is being closed by Wells Fargo, and why I still don't understand. I have been with Wells Fargo for years, and then this. It appears there was question on my account activity, but instead of trying to help, and let me just say, there was one banker that wished she could help, but could not, Wells Fargo locked my account allowing me no access to my funds, and I then received notice via a letter, they are closing the account. The bank has all the money I have in the world, and after hours of calls, they still hold all my funds, and seem to care less about if I can purchase food, gas, or any other necessary needs for living, to me, by returning any money left in the account, and after days and a date determined by Fargo, they are closing the account. Trust me when I say, they aren't doing that quickly. Instead they are holding the funds for days, and I in the meantime don't know what I am to do to continue my life. They sent a letter informing me that the account was closing, but days from now! How do I pay rent, buy groceries, or pay my bills??? They have my funds! Every dollar I have is in Wells Fargo's hands and I have no access to those funds! They locked my account! I put my faith and livelihood into Fargo's hands and holding my money and closing my account after being a loyal customer of many years. Their actions break my heart and my trust of banks, how can this be??? I have done nothing wrong! So to those reading this, it could happen to you too! I hope this stops even just one person from falling into this same fate! Please think before banking with Wells Fargo, you too might loose everything you have, and your fate fall to a bank that cares nothing about there banking clients well being or their lives. I hope that maybe a bank official might see this, and consider that this is not how to treat a banking client or for that matter anyone.
