Honestly, this is a pretty good building. I've lived here for over 12 years. the new management here is excellent he is on top of things. the old manager they had here Maria Barbosa was corrupt she would go into peoples apartments and steal and much more illegal things. she used to get an elderly disabled lady intoxicated and beat her up for money. things in this building have improved since she was fired. there is a couple trouble makers that still reside here, they live on the first floor and would have extremely loud parties that would go on all night. they would talk about tenants in the building who they dislike, ostracizing tenants here. they would talk so loud you could clearly hear them . saying things like "let's burn all the white people and watch them run like rabbits" alot of tenants heard this and they are so ignorant and loud. they also target, elderl,Disabled and families. they also let there children run around with bee bee guns. they have threatened an elderly women with a weapon, constantly gossip make rumors, threaten people, are prejudice they will have you followed in order to make you feel uncomfortable to run you out of the building. either then that this is a good building. read more
