Update: last month I came here and went to self checkout. I scanned an item and realized it cost a lot more than I thought so I wanted to void it. I press the assistance button and waited. I noticed these employees talking in the corner and they had me waiting for 5ish minutes. When someone came to me, she didn't even look me in the eye, she just kept facing the corner to keep talking to them. Super awkward. Please don't let this happen again read more

Using acme drive up and go was convenient for my family and I with our schedules. I've been using acme Drive up and go for months and never had an issue receiving a refund of my money if they did not have the items in stock I needed. But that changed quickly. At the end of January 2025 I noticed I had not received a refund for the products they did not have. I inquired inside the store who told me they had no control over it but I should receive a refund in a couple of weeks so I thought nothing of it and kept using drive up and go. 3 months later of using drive up and go I still have not been refunded any of my money. It is now a total of over $100 owed to me. I went back in the store and complained . they gave me a 1-800 telephone number to call as they said once again they don't handle that in store. A lady reached out from Albertsons and asked me to email her proof I never received the refunds. I emailed her my last most recent bank statements right away. She said it would take 7 to 10 business days. I let 15 days go by nothing. I reach back out again and I'm told they were sending a request follow up for my ticket which would take another 7 to 10 more days and 15 days later still nothing. i have reached back out 3 more times and no response as at all. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DONT USE DRIVE UP AND GO!!!! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. I WILL NEVER EVER USE DRIVE UP AND GO AGAIN !!!! read more

This grocery store would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude redhead Manager woman that works there. The LAST time I was here was for thanksgiving and I was needing to receive western union like $125. I understand it being the night before the holiday, but the hours for western union to close was supposed to be at 10 and I got there at around 830, just to be ignored and then finally told "WERE CLOSED UP HERE.... That's Why there's a CLOSED sign at the register..." that money was our thanksgiving dinner and I was very lucky Walgreens helped me out instead. I HAVE NOT BEEN HERE IN A COUPLE MONTHS... it is 245pm and I was told that the front desk is closed. I need to do western union. Know what response I got??? "WE ARE CLOSED AT THE FRONT!!! Thats why there's a CLOSED sign at the registers..." When I asked why are they ALWAYS closed at the front? She said it was because they didn't have enough people working... Had an issue at the store and wrote a review and the manager Angel reached out to me right away. She was very apologetic and offered a gift card and rectified the situation and was very professional and just a pleasure to deal with. Always good when you can shop local at a great place. Most Acme's i have gone into up in Jersey or Delaware left me feeling depressed, not this store-very wonderful staff and aesthetically pleasing to shop in. Good produce section. This is how i remembered Acme grocery stores from back in the day! read more
