    Leslie's pool supply would charge me over $100 to get my pool started... Acme cost me $30! I'll never go anywhere else!

    Paradise built a pool and spa at our home . The pool came out great and we haven't had any issues…read morewith it. We love the way it came out. With that being said, the building process was not pleasant. They far exceeded the agreed upon completion date. Said it would take 2 months. Ended up taking 5 months. I also had to follow up and stay on their ass every step of the way. I constantly had to go around the Foreman, who didn't return calls, communicated poorly and didn't follow through, and call the owner just to get sub contractors scheduled and progress made. First They kept blaming the city permitting department. After waiting a month after they dug the hole, I finally called the city myself and found they never submitted a permit. They owned that mistake and promised improvement. After that they would do a days worth of work, leave for 3 weeks, I would call and complain nothing was being done, they would show up do 2 days worth of work, then leave for another couple weeks etc.. I understand that we were at the mercy of subcontractors. But not even scheduling and leaving your customer high and dry is unacceptable. I had higher expectations for their customer service and logistics. Also, there was no follow up after construction. Not even Just a "Hey how's that pool doing?" Pros: Great Pool, Great work, Good Subcontractors. Cons: Poor communication, poor scheduling/logisitcs. I hope they see this as constructive and made some minor improvements since. In the end, we love our pool.

Paradise dialed it in for my family. Getting started was easy, getting down to details and concept was smooth, and the roll out was likewise lengthy but worth it. Equipment has all the bells and whistling we need to be happy all summer long. All their staff were top notch and helpful, we are very pleased with our pool!

My pool has been crystal clear and problem-free for the last four years, thanks to them! ‍ The owner, Charles, is one of the most friendly, loving, and caring people you'll meet. You can truly tell he cares about his employees and the shop--it has a great energy and welcoming vibe. They're even expanding, which is so exciting to see! Honestly, I would choose this place over Leslie's any day. They're not as busy, and once you get the hang of it, it's super easy to test and treat your pool. They'll walk you through it all! CHW INFORMED ME That POOLSIDE POOL SUPPLY Charles Higgins had submitted additional work and the dollar amount was in question for the repairs however, on that same day, Charles emailed that the work had been completed? CHW Informed me that on Saturday June 27, that Charles Higgins the owner had received the authorization and he completed the work on that day, Not True, and I was still awaiting a reply because he was not available till the following week so that was untrue. I also emailed Kaylee to send me a receipt for the cash payment of $100.00 given to Charles on that Wednesday June 24, 2026 which I shouldn't have to request it They should've just sent it immediately receiving the cash or paper receipt The leaking had worsen. Charles the owner and is always the tech himself was booked had he could not return until the following week which was 29th Charles came by I guess the gate was unlocked as camera showed him taking photographs the equipment stating that he had done the repairs which is untrue maybe 10 mins if that taking his photos. So we had already hired a professional POOL SERVICE Co. to come out and repair it as we were not going to have all that leaking going on all weekend including the two additional days during the week. We should've been a *Priority as this should not have been leaking period!! Whether he moved cut shifted reset etc. pvc piping I don't know, however, Charles's caused it. He now claims he never touched it. It was not about money. It was about the customer service and the repair that was needed. I don't know if CHW paid Charles twice double or just extra additional work Charles knows exactly what he Submitted that he claimed. I don't know that's between them however, this is what actually happened. I do recall reading negative feedback here as well with this PoolSide Pool Supply Service with Charles Higgins. Mistake Should have told CHW to send another vendor.

    had the worst experience with a owner our office Help came out to my home told me I Needed 10…read morebags of salt water. It was gonna be $14 a bag. I decided to get my own bags . The lady who called and told me that did not give me instructions not to put in that many bags of salt in my pool. She just told me I needed it so I assumed I needed that much salt not being a Pool expert, not knowing it's her job and I put the salt in. Called to complain about it looking foggy and they ended up not wanting to take responsibility for not explaining the proper instructions. She blamed the customer she blamed me. She blamed me also for putting two water hoses in my pool which where on , my pool has self filing water pump.. I do not have anybody in my house that would do this put the two hoses in. They did not take responsibility. Did not say sorry did not try to fix anything. Nothing for calling and saying I need 10 bags of salt water and that makes no sense to having a service , then she proceeds to say she will not be serving me anymore do you wanna a company who blames the customer and not even apologize for the miscommunication. She said she would've only told me to put in the salt if I was a customer buying from their store not having Pool Service from them . It was her job as to do the proper thing or her office. never expected this from this lady she seemed. very nice in the beginning when I first met her. Would not take responsibility for lack of communication from her and the way she raised her voice was very disrespectful to anyone. And her office help should be more informed when talking to customers , would not recommend this company for anything. There's many pool supply companies if my pool needed salt that should've been their job to put the salt bags in the water in and just tell me ! unacceptable to a customer. It must be nice to have so much business that you can actually ghost customers when you want to.

First of all, the items available are amazing, and most are surprisingly inexpensive . It's worth a visit if you're looking for anything to finish off your decor, or for gifts . We bought a framed painting that is perfect for our bedroom, and was very reasonably priced for an item already framed. (Going back for another next week!) Customer service... They offer water to customers, whether you purchase or not . The staff were extremely nice, but did not try to sell us on anything. They were there when we needed them, and doing their own thing while we browsed. They have bathrooms for guests . Not commonplace for a retail store I will definitely be back since I saw 10 more things I absolutely have to have.

It was located in the back of a shopping center but it was a nice hidden gem. I was greeted by the owner Julie who offered her help. I browsed the store and saw so many items I personally loved. I purchased a cool Cocktail book of recipes from around the world. I also purchased some really cute marble heart coasters. My friend was very happy with her gift. The customer service was great and my gift was even bagged beautifully and ready to give to my friend. I will definitely be returning to The French Quarter.
