Then I gave CharacterBooking a try. While they still work completely online, they did get back to me. Particularly the Princess Leia Character we booked was amazing and exceeded our expectations. She texted us a couple of days before the event to confirm plans. She was on time, amazing with the kiddos, knew her Star Wars facts and stayed in character the entire time.
