Worst company ever! They take months and months and months to call you back if they even ever call you back. Finally after 5 months for an awning put in. Shortly after two big screws fell out. Called and it's been at least 5 months and never get called back. It is sagging and a critter got behind where it was sagging and built a nest I call and call and no answer. I have been so nice and patient. Last phone call I did say I don't see how they stay in business to the answering machine. It is a franchise so I'm sure it is just where I live. Surely not all are this bad. read more
