You ride with other people who will be in the same basket as you. Our driver, Fabian, was nice and chatty. Once we arrived, we checked in with a representative while the hot air balloon crew prepared our ride. They also provided light snacks, coffee, and tea, which was all included with the package. It can also be very cold depending on the time of the year, so make sure to bring extra layers to stay warm. We flew over the countryside and the pyramids of Teotihuacán, which was breathtaking. Seeing the pyramids from above gave a different perspective compared to being on the ground. The sunrise added to the experience and made the views more memorable. The ride was originally suppose to last 30 minutes, but our pilot extended it to 45 minutes. The landing was smooth and wasn't rocky, which made the experience feel safe. Once we hopped off the basket, we were given a certificate for flying and celebrated with an apple cider toast. Once everything wrapped up, a shuttle van took us back to the main check-in area. All in all, it was an incredible experience that I would highly recommended to anyone visiting CDMX!

I would not attempt this climb with a cane or a baby in your arms (we saw both today.) We had…read morehiking boots and were glad, most people had tennies but it was a dry day, I can't imagine how difficult it would be if the rocks were wet. Parts of this climb or steep, rocky stairs, parts of this climb where navigating big rock to big rock it took us a solid hour to get up and that's resting when our hearts were beating too fast, which was about 25 times. Ha! Climb down to 45 minutes. He spent about an hour at the top just recovering doing some meditating at the temple taking some pictures. The cost to get in was 210 pesos a person. There were vendors along the way selling candies, waters Gatorade, and a frozen banana with chocolate and Popsicles most people were wearing workout clothes we were wearing shorts, I agree with the person who said to wear handkerchief, we sweated a lot, and I had to wipe my face on my shirt. We were also grateful for the person who told us to get started at 8 AM so you're at the top when they open at 9 AM. We actually started our climb at 9 AM and I think we beat a lot of the traffic. It was the perfect intro to an escape room for our eight-year-old daughter. For around $20 a person, we booked the room where everything is hobbit-sized since it was more kid-friendly. Staff explained the rules in English and the clues were in English as well as Spanish. Nothing was too complicated, but we did need to ask for a few clues. We solved the puzzle within an hour and had a blast!

We got zapped for 20 pesos. We asked a few employees to put a note there, saying "out of service", like any honest place would do. I couldn't get anyone to get anyone off their *ss and put a note there. "not my yob". YES IT IS. you Represent this business have is machine on your property and you know the machine is just taking money not selling anything. OR you too are the thief.... They make this business, their town, their country, their religion look like a bad joke. The have no shame. The fun center employs this level of human.
