I am also a registered massage therapist and have seen many other therapists and now I only see her. My physio' is a delightful and knowledgeable young man who soon identified the problem and set me up with some initial exercises. These improved the situation within a day or two and I was well on the road to recovery. The suite includes a well equipped small gym where you can learn and practice your routines. I booked several subsequent, weekly sessions, wherein progress was assessed and additional exercises tacked onto my routine. Move is located in the relatively new strip mall near the junction of Larry Uteck and Kearney Lake and has reserved parking spots in the good sized lot. I had a massage booked today Jan 3rd at the Larry Uteck location. Upon arrival, I was told I missed…read morean appt in May of 2021, and would have to pay for that appt. I explained to the receptionist that I missed the appt as my dad and sister both had covid UK variant in ONT. My dad was in the ICU fighting for his life in ONT, and my sister very sick as well. So, forgive me, it was not on my mind to call and cancel my appt. Also, NS, was on lockdown in May 2021.....end of April until 2nd week of June. So, I would not have be able to come regardless, as massage was not allowed. The receptionist did not even as much as say I am sorry to hear that. I asked to speak to a manager, she said she had no info to give me. I then asked for head offices number and she refused to give that as well. I will never be back and will be sure to spread the word.
