I told him I've had someone let me back in before without having the replace the lock and he got pushy and said I guess I should call the previous locksmith then because it's the weekend and he would only replace the lock for €250 instead of the €70 rate that was quoted online. Didn't feel great about it so I hung up and called the next locksmith. They were here in 30 minutes and got the door open in under ten seconds. I told the second locksmith my story and he immediately knew I was talking about Locktec. If they didn't spend so much money on high search results in Google maybe they wouldn't have to rip people off like this.
