Painted the walls because they only spot painted! He said house was painted ! The house wasn't cleaned, food on top of cabinets in kitchen, it was disgusting! I got my housekeeper to clean and myself! I had a cleaning business years ago and I'm very thorough! I had clients contacting me to do friends family because of how efficient I was! The master bathroom was disgusting! Windows I think weren't ever cleaned! When we signed lease he said all this wld be done, another lie! Many more things I could list like yard, fence etc! I cleaned this house from top to bottom! After we did our list to show things that were there when we moved in we sent to him. A toilet downstairs had a crack in its base that was clued, we didn't see that until after the paper was sent. My husband notified him and told him. He said he never was told LIE again! So here in Txs landlords have you by the balls! They can do anything unless you're an honest person but this man or owner aren't those kind of men!Out of our Deposit of 2650$ we got 1050$ back. We got charged 450$ for a toilet that cracked when we moved in! They charged us 400$for house cleaning, no furniture no nothing in the house! I cleaned top to bottom and my house was Always Spotless! Rug cleaning 375$ we cked that out it was 250$ Rug was spotless! A tube light in garage that was out when moved in and they didn't fix they chged us 75$, valve leak we had to fix but chged us again when No leak was there 125$ plus 175$ for sheet rock for that valve! This Realtor and owner are liars thieves and people that make our world less kind and make you question humanity! We wld always have to wait days for response! We also have text messages to prove our points! I don't wish ill things on people these 2 deserve Karma! People like these 2 men is why our world is the way it is! If I could put -100 score I would! 2/6/21 This review is for Shannon Thomas. This is for the…read morerealtor service for my home purchase She was referred to me by Michael Moh at Chase bank. But Michael has not used Shannon for realtor service before-- but his client has. When Shannon called me to introduced herself, I made it clear that I would have to see the houses in the evening after work or the weekends. She was fine with that. Throughout the process before things changed, her service was "ok". In one month's time, we went and looked at 5 houses and sent about 5 offers. As my realtor, I do not pay her directly, but she earns a 3% commission through my home purchase and this equal to $6,450. What changed? As the option period ends on Friday (2/5/21), Shannon seemed to withdraw. So far, we went and view the house 2 times from the time we signed the contract till now (viewed on 1/31/21 and 2/1/21). Shannon does not seemed to make effort to let me get in the house this weekend when I texted her on Friday morning telling her that I need to get in the house this weekend. I do not understand why my realtor can't make arrangements to let me get in the house. Is it too much to expect from a realtor? What do we expect from our realtor service when they earn 3% from our home purchase? Is it too much to ask if we need to have access to the home for 2-4 more times before closing? If the realtor can not be at the house, do we expect her to make arrangement to get someone to let us in? I know the scope of tasks is not clearly defined as for what the realtor should provide to aid us through the complete purchase process. Our home search started in the beginning of January 2021 and I signed the contract on 1/31/21. This is roughly 1 month and the commission is $6,450. Getting access to the house is one issue, but the other one is the lack of help or guide. As her client, I expect her to look out for my interest. I was frustrated with the mortgage paperwork at Chase bank when I was dealing with Micheal Moh and I could not get Shannon's help on the matter. I could not understand why my discount point kept on changing. Discount point changed from pre-approval on 12/31/20 to 2/1/21 (signed edoc) and changed again on 2/3/21 (discount point -.25 and then .365 on 2/1/21 and then .44 on 2/3/21). When I asked Shannon about it, she said she is not familiar with the discount point and don't know. The rate on the pre-approval letter is much lower compared to the edoc I signed. I could not get any clear explanation from Michael Moh at Chase bank and could not get Shannon's help on the matter. The closing cost estimate on the pre-approval letter is much, much lower than the document I signed on the 2/1/21. Rating for Shannon Thomas: Negative: 1)withdraw help on Friday's request 2/5/21. Not willing to make arrangement to let me get in the home for this weekend. Had to write her an email about the matter. 2) Did not provide enough information ahead of time to guide me with the process. I did not realize the option period is the most important time for negotiation and get all inspections done prior to negotiation. Not a good idea to shorted option period to 5 days. 3) Was not able to get simple guide from realtor regarding loan paperwork that does not look right. (rate changed twice after signing edoc on 2/1/21.
