Mr Acosta came same day I called for estimate to trim or remove a 25 year old poinciana tree in front yard as roots are cracking sidewalk/driveway and starting to grow over roof. He was very knowelegable about types of trees and proper pruning methods & gave us options. Acosta tree service is excellent. The crew arrived on time. Had their crew organized. Went to work knowing what had to be done. Removed the tree debris to the front of my house for the county bulky pickup service. Raked and cleaned the drive way with a blower and left the property very clean. The crew worked in a safe manner and did not damage any other surrounding plants. The work was to trim/prune a large weeping willow tree in the front yard and a small tree in the back yard. Excellent service. I contacted Acosta Tree Service to remove two foxtail palms that were struck by lightning. Mr Acosta came on Friday to provide an estimate, and the work was performed the following day. The work, which entailed cutting down the two palms (25 - 30 feet tall), and stump grinding, was completed in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up, and placed all the debris up front for pickup. I have been wanting to remove three stumps for 1 year after the last hurricane, but prices were too high. Came across Acosta in his truck on the side of the road after he quoted another job.
