These guys have basil, Saffron, and multigrain pizza dough among a few others. Also they use the local Sardinian ingredients, such as fish, fish roe, cheeses, cold cut specialties. The prices are reasonable. The pizza menu is by Sardinian regions were the ingredients and styles come from. We orders sa o he pizza with smoked provoca and wild boar salami. Also the vegetable festival which is a grilled veggie platter. All in all I would definitely come back!
