These guys have basil, Saffron, and multigrain pizza dough among a few others. Also they use the local Sardinian ingredients, such as fish, fish roe, cheeses, cold cut specialties. The prices are reasonable. The pizza menu is by Sardinian regions were the ingredients and styles come from. We orders sa o he pizza with smoked provoca and wild boar salami. Well, I'm glad we were wrong because the dish was really tasty and the ingredients worked so well together. We also ordered the smoked fish appetizer to start which was so interesting since we got to taste so many different and new items. Lastly we also got the fresh fish grilled with a salad to share which was a good amount of food for two at the end.
