You can rarely get a booking 'on the day' any more. They do accept health fund insurance BUT it's limited to only one or two insurers - check first before booking.

The shop front looks unassuming from the outside, but has a lovely water feature and tropical plants garden on the inside. Treatment rooms are basic but good sturdy massage tables, a definite plus. One of the notable things here is the cleanliness - towels, bed covers and face towels are always clean! They are also liberal with the use of hot steamed towels during the massage. Sounds trivial but one of my pet peeves is the use of a cooled off, clammy towel to try and wipe your whole oil lathered body. Hot towels are amazing! The staff are polite and hospitable. All of the staff I have experienced were excellent! Great pressure (I prefer a firm massage) and know the way the muscles would release. Prices are so darn reasonable across all their massages!! Have only ever had the traditional Thai massage but there's also hot stone, foot massage and a few other options. Bookings are advisable to ensure you get your preferred time slot, as they are usually busy when I've been. The rooms are not complete enclosed, with the walls not extending the full way to the ceiling. Although not ideal for sound proofing it does most likely serve as protection for staff, as this is a strictly non-sexual massage venue. Such a fan of this place, will definitely continue to visit for some much needed R&R when in town.

He spends a lot of time on the massage - it's very hands on - and the acupuncture is excellent also. Since I've been to him, I've recommended him to several friends. In addition, he has a great customer service attitude. I've had to cancel at the last minute a few times, and he has always been understanding (and never sought to charge me a missed-appointment fee). He will set up appointments by text and he is very responsive. Basically, he's great at what he does, he offers great customer service, and his prices are well below the competition. A+

The environment changes for the calmer pretty quickly once you go in. They offer a range of different services but I've mainly used their float tanks. It's organized with everything you need (ear plugs, soaps and towels etc) and the floating experience is pretty good. I've not managed to find a genuinely silent float tank in Australia. It's pretty good but you'll still hear the odd noise through the water if someone's thumping up the bleachers (at least that's what I assume the noise is). Nonetheless a really relaxing place to come, with staff who've always been friendly and helpful.
