Don Earven and his Action Towing moved a Conex box to support the Gila County 4H shooting sports program. They had received a generous donation of air rifle and pistols and associated support materials to the 4H kids. However we didnt have space to store it. We were able to find a 40 foot conex box and Don and his team were right there to move it to the Globe Miami Gun Club. I am very delighted to give this company a honest and well deserved review. Ron showed up to tow us within 20 minutes which was much faster than we expected. Let me start by saying how impressed I am with the professionalism that Ron provided- for an hour long tow he provided great rapport, professionalism, and was an all-around great person to be in a tow truck with. He was very thorough in assuring that our truck was strapped correctly, he even pulled over to check and confirm that everything was secure and safely done. He continually asked if I needed anything to drink due to the 110 temperatures and provided help for me to get home. This company should be very proud of Ron as an employee and if I ever needed another tow or road service assistance you can guarantee I would not hesitate to use this company again. read more

They loaded our Class C motorhome onto a flatbed truck for towing. When unloading, they literally "dumped" it off the back, causing over. $2000 in damages. Over the phone, the owner admitted to breaking the steering column by trying to turn the wheels without starting the motor. When I took them to small claims court, all four individuals lied about how they offloaded the MH. One said the battery was dead, despite running hazard lights & heater. Another accused me of using profanity (I don't) in telling them to just get it off. I would not have told them to do anything that would have damaged the MH. Although it's an older vehicle, I've worked hard to maintain it and have replaced many original parts. With just myself against the owner & his three employees lying, it was a lost cause. read more

Angela "forgot" to dispatch a service truck when my insurance company, Geico, made a business arrangement with this company. I sat out in the Arizona heat waiting for almost two hours for help. Instead of refusing my business because of her personal feelings, she took the opportunity to essentially bully me by letting me sit and wait. In this day and age, it is amazing how we can be so blown away when children behave this way, but adults are allowed to get away with it. Thank God I wasn't stranded in the canyon with no water or late to pick up my children. Very bad business. PUBLIC BEWARE... This morning my Kia engine seized on a remote mountain stretch between Globe and Superior. I was able to get my car off the road but on a very difficult-to-access patch (no shoulder). I Googled a local towing service and selected Action Automotive Towing and hoped for the best...and the best is what I got! Action Automotive sent a truck within a half hour on a busy Friday with my personal safety in mind at all times, along with careful handling my vehicle. The operator, Ron, delivered me and my car safely to 60 Motors in Globe, again based on their recommendation. 60 Motors diagnosed my vehicle promptly, and alerted me to the appropriate KIA recall notice, without a diagnostic charge. My car is now on its way to Phoenix for a new engine, courtesy of Kia.
