Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.

Monika only fed him 1 pack a day. Also, I received zero updates during his entire 3 day stay. She didn't even offer to make it right for her mistake, all I got was the comment "at least he didn't starve". As I was preparing the payment she stood and waited as if she wasn't going to give me my dog if I disputed. When I got home, I realized that she also didn't follow the medication instructions properly as there was one pill that he should have taken but was sitting at the bottom of his bag--Not even in the pill organizer case that she encouraged me to buy. This business doesn't even deserve one star. If you care about your pets, please find another sitter.
