I placed my order online and they also offered pickup which was extremely helpful since I needed them quickly. I was notified via email that my order was ready. Upon pickup I was greeted promptly and was given instructions on how to apply them. I was asked if I had any questions and was told that they're available for any questions via phone or online. Well let me tell you, their transfers are amazing. The transfers were exactly what I had uploaded, the colors were spot on, the sizing was perfect and you can peel them hot or cold.
