Maybe we are a bit pickier about this task since my wife was a paralegal in a law firm for over 30 years and I have been the executor for two of my family members in the past, so I am very familiar with what goes on in handling final affairs of others during probate. A long and complicated process. This is why we chose to create a trust among other reasons. We went to two different seminars from other companies that create Trusts / Wills. Frankly we weren't impressed with one of the companies that did a seminar, and the other company was fair. They were not law firms.
