Nope! I started at Home Depot, no luck. Then Tractor Supply. Shockingly no luck there either. Then it dawned on me... when all else fails, go to Ace Hardware! To increase my chances, I went to the Ace Hardware in Horse Town USA! If anyone was going to have trailer hardware, they would! Right? Not to be disappointed, I walked in and the friendly cashier asked if she could help me? I showed her what I needed. She said they had them in Hardware. Go to the back of the store and someone will be there to help me find them. I showed the nut I needed to the gentleman who met me on the isle indicated and he was like, Of course, we have those.". He took me to a cabinet full of nuts and pulled out the one I need! It was great service. No hunting through all the drawers myself. What a time saver! You may pay a little bit more for what you buy at Ace Hardware. But, the service and the fact they probably have the unusual thing you need, more that makes up for the slightly higher price! However, the Norco one stands out because of the following 3 factors: friendly staff, knowledgeable customer service, competitive pricing. I've shopped here several times, but I decided to leave a review today because of the charcoals. I was at a different Ace Hardware store to buy charcoals, but it marked up the item by 45% compared to the online pricing. I asked if they can match the price and was told no. So I called the Norco store, confirmed the availability and pricing, which was exactly at the online price. And now I'm walking out with 3 bags AND some wood chunks. No fuss, no muss. Even if this is not the closest Ace Hardware near you, you might wanna call this store and talk to a friendly and knowledgeable staff to get what you need at a fairly competitive price point. I liked the fact that I could go into a small shop and find what I needed fairly easily--a couple of rolling latches for a cabinet and a sliding door pull. These items were not available in any of the big box stores so I was happy to find them here. It was also nice to walk in without feeling overwhelmed by a big crowded store. I am disheartened to hear so many complaints about the way customers were treated at this location. It definitely affects how I feel about the place and whether to return; however during my visit there were two Hispanic employees who did not bother me at all or make me feel out of place. In fact helpful and let me take my time to look around. Maybe it was because the owner wasn't there but I had a good experience. I recommend looking online first for what you want but if you want an alternative to a big store then I suggest trying this place.

Jeff, knew exactly the door we had. Then he explained in detail what we had on our hands and even threw in a referral to two locksmiths. I was listening to him, he explain the difference between the two referrals. the budget friendly referral is not budget friendly anymore, but over the phone we liked his customer service over the other. Jeff's expertise was flawless down to him running to his stockroom to provide us the parts. Since we were in a rush to get the job done & be back for a delivery. (new home owners) alert. Jeff is the "Aidan Gillen" of Hardware. But I sure caution: DO NOT use their budget friendly referral. That man doesn't have the expertise for these beautiful complex doors, we ended up replacing the mortis lock (+additional $350), then this budget guy took the wrong measurements of our equipment and shaved down the door tongue pin too far, the replacement cost us an additional $50 and change. Plus their service fee $225. Our business will be back, despite the locksmith experience. Have your own locksmith in hand, hell we found out a family friend is going to give us the family discount now. Just ask, we may even have neighbors who are experts that we can trade trades with.
