Then he called 7:55am saying he would be 15 mins late. Then he was late after that too. He says he's "all about integrity" but then can't manage to be on time. He said my roof could use some re-sealing in places. He said it would be about $500. When I got the written re-sealing estimate it was 40% higher $841.75 Clearly they do not know their own business. BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. This is precisely the kind of company to STAY AWAY from. They only care about MONEY.

KayCo replaced the roof on my 78 year old neighbors roof in February. They accepted responsibility and said they'd fix it but then submitted a repair estimate that didn't include pulling permits for repairing a weight bearing wall which is a legal requirement, also requires inspection to ensure it's done properly and didn't include repairing some of the damage so the homeowner rejected it. It's now been 3 months this poor woman has been living with a hole in her house, with snakes and bugs coming in through hole, while heating and air conditioning the great outdoors, and Clark Briiggs Jr. is refusing to complete the repairs properly. When I spoke with him and said "Don't you think it's unacceptable that Linda has been living with a hole in her house for 2 months (at the time I spoke with him)." and he actually said "No." he didn't feel it was unacceptable!
