I booked a cruise and made payments and later decided I did not want to go. I cancelled several months before the cruise. I was told I would get a refund and it could take up to eight weeks and it has been almost 12 weeks and no refund. I have called a few times and sent a letter with a self addressed envelope and still no refund. I guess I can call Carnival Cruise lines and complain or take them to small claims court. The car arrived at my house early and the driver was very pleasant, and when my flight home was delayed, they dealt with that schedule change. After an exhausting two weeks and nearly 24 hours of travel, not having to go find my car and drive an hour and a half was the best. In fact, it was even better than I thought, because when I got home, my car battery was dead, which would have been tough to deal with in long-term parking.
