Meet the Business Owner: Andrew V.

The top three things you need to know about your ActionCoach Andrew Van Horn. 1. Served in the Kentucky National Guard for 12 years. During that time he spent 12 months in Afghanistan and worked full time for the National Guard in Frankfort. While full-time he implemented training programs and systems that saved the organization over $150,000 in one year. 2. Worked for UPS for 9 years and spent almost 7 years as a supervisor. While working there he bought his first house and had 2 children. During these years he learned the importance of work/life balance as he juggled being a full time college student, a husband, father, and a career at UPS. 3. He attended Lexington Community College and graduated with an Associates degree in Business Management. Upon completing that course work he attended the University of Kentucky and completed a Bachelors in Business Management.
