I had no problems with billing until Sixx hired this new person who is the exact opposite. She argues about billing and is quite rude. She sent a bill of less than 200$ to collections with no notice. Not a letter, email or phone call. Only half of Doc Sixx's operation works correctly and I would not recommend if you have a 3rd party paying your bills because the secretary doesn't want to do her part of the job plain and simple. Bad customer service!
