At 4:15 I still hadn't seen anyone so I called for an update at which time I was told I would hear from the driver in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the driver called and said he was 45 minutes or more away. Needless to say, this was well beyond reasonable and we cancelled the service. I had very high hopes of these folks as I had heard good things but this was not a good experience at all.
