Meine Erfahrungen mit WIRmachenDruck waren durchweg enttäuschend…read more Ich habe zwei Druckdateien eingereicht und zusätzlich für beide Aufträge eine kostenpflichtige Druckdatenaufbereitung in Höhe von jeweils über 200 € beauftragt. Trotzdem waren die gelieferten Broschüren in beiden Fällen nicht verwendbar. Die Bilder wurden falsch verarbeitet und teilweise gespiegelt, die Ränder waren fehlerhaft und Seiten wurden überdruckt. Das gesamte Ergebnis war praktisch wertlos und landete komplett im Altpapier. Besonders ärgerlich ist der nicht vorhandene Kundenservice. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, der kompetent weiterhilft, und auf E-Mails erhält man schlicht keine Rückmeldung. Als Kunde wird man allein gelassen und gezwungen, seine Ansprüche auf dem Rechtsweg durchzusetzen - die Klage wurde bereits eingereicht. Mein Rat an alle Interessenten: Prüfen Sie die Bewertungen sehr genau, insbesondere bei Google. Dort häufen sich aktuell negative Erfahrungsberichte. Hätte ich diese vorab gelesen, hätte ich mich definitiv gegen eine Bestellung entschieden. Fazit: Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

They messed up my prints, horribly. Printed incorrectly, with the wrong border sizes, and still…read moreshowing a printer guide printed on top of my image! They reprinted them 3 times, all horrible. I spoke with a representative on the phone, who told me that "white borders are difficult, because if they're cut improperly, it's very clear to the human eye" Next he suggests printing with no white border. I asked if this would cut into my graphic. He gave an ambiguous reply, saying their was a 1mm margin of error. He said that all of these misprints were "bad luck" (way to avoid accountability). When I asked for a direct contact for the production team, he said that this wasn't possible, because they outsource their prints to many small companies, so it's random where it's printed. The fourth reprints from them arrived today, and, like their last prints, there was a HUGE error cutting, which totally cropped my image (and much more than 1mm!). This company is doing things cheap and sloppily at the expense of quality. I just want my prints done properly. How hard can that be for a print company???
