Kitilach was VERY unprofessional and extremely poor bedside manner. Basic patient assessment was not preformed. Not even a listening of lungs for cough and congestion. When questioned, Kitilach quickly escalated the conversation to unprofessional, bias, and inappropriate levels. Complete waste of time, money, and energy when already not feeling well. Zero confidence that an accurate and thorough assessment of my condition/symptoms properly for my best well being. This was a first experience with Sandford Health as a patient and if this is any measure of the quality of care and professionalism there will be no return or recommendations to others.
