I have a very progressive form of Multiple Sclerosis. I credit this physical therapist, Sue Creel, with my ability to still be walking as much as I am. She has helped me through knee replacement surgery, several concussions, neck and back injuries, and various muscle sprains and strains from numerous falls I have sustained. She has helped with upper body strength and has helped me build up my legs for surgery. She truly cares about all of her patients and is always learning and reading to find new ways to help each of us. She has a wonderful staff who are also very caring and easy to work with. Always great parking close to the door. It took me years to find her, I highly recommend this whole practice!! read more

Kitilach was VERY unprofessional and extremely poor bedside manner. Basic patient assessment was not preformed. Not even a listening of lungs for cough and congestion. When questioned, Kitilach quickly escalated the conversation to unprofessional, bias, and inappropriate levels. Complete waste of time, money, and energy when already not feeling well. Zero confidence that an accurate and thorough assessment of my condition/symptoms properly for my best well being. This was a first experience with Sandford Health as a patient and if this is any measure of the quality of care and professionalism there will be no return or recommendations to others.
