I stick to the same massage therapist who doesn't have a lot of hours that work well with my work schedule so I have to book in advance but if you are willing to try any massage therapist you could probably get a massage almost anytime. The monthly subscription makes the price of the massage less by $10 and is an excuse to get a massage at least once a month. There is also a Waikiki location at the ilikai where I tried their facials. The parking is validated which is great for Waikiki. It is however a little more expensive than the kahala location but they do occasionally have more specials at the Waikiki location...although I haven't seen it for a while.

Do you want us to takeoff part of our clothes like just our tops, they told me to takeoff your top your bra and your pants. We had no idea that we were doing that that we went with it.
