The prices can be a bit expensive compared to your traditional gym but the workouts are all laid out for you so it's like having a personal trainer as well. They also have a body scan machine so you can see how much muscle mass vs. fat you have and work towards changing body composition. Really love Susie, Kim, and all the trainers here. The people who workout here are also really friendly and inviting. Highly recommend trying a free trial as they do offer one week free and see if you like it first. The trainers can help modify exercises for you if you have an injury or just simply unable to do some of the moves so it's great for all fitness levels.

You can not use a credit card and need to use banking information- cause I carry cheques o me nowadays?? And you have to download the app in order to access the facility. Again... I know we are digital but there has to be some way you can move into the 21st century as well if you are forcing this then allow payment by credit card.... Thank goodness for a great employee named Kyle or all would have been lost on my side. But we will see if they retain my membership once I start.

A lot of the equipment was quite run down and taped together with duct tape, etc. Others coaches were fairly nice and encouraging. I definitely think Keenan and the other female coach took it way too seriously.

Wait crossfit what's that about? Well if you had a fitset membership you could go to all those places and more. I love my fitset membership because not only do you get to try new things, you have the opportunity to meet new people and get more involved in the community. The best part about Fitset is that they give you a free trial so you can experience it before you decide to commit yourself to a month or more. O did I mention no contract? The Fitset team are everywhere from hosting fun events to pop ups in Lululemon or special affairs like FitFest. If you need technical support involving your membership they are quick with resolve.
