She not only takes the time to be a partner in helping you to gain better health, but she is just plain kind and supportive! Usually health care workers give you 15 minutes of their time. Not Catherine!!! She takes whatever time it takes in order to really understand you and your health concerns. If I could give her a 10 star on here I certainly would. How about I do it anyway! **********! I really do not understand why the other person who left a bad review did. It sounds like she came in and just asked for blood work. That is not medical protocol. You meet with a new doctor, they do an overview of your health concerns, and then they order blood work if it is appropriate. Usually a doctor or health care works does ask for blood work just to see the overall status of a person's health, but it is not usual for someone to just come in and ask for blood work. I would hope that Tonya would come back and just do the normal new patient appointment so that she could really see the quality of care this clinic provides, especially Catherine Delaney.

The FIRST question was what medication are you on? ( What does this have to do with blood work?) I explain that I am on no medication and that I'd been prescribed anxiety medication in the past but it had been awhile. I was immediately informed that they don't prescribe narcotics. Well, that's a good thing because I only wand blood work done. I had to firmly explain that I am not a drug seeking addict and that all I want is an appointment for blood work. She says every doctor does this. It is not true. I called another doctor. I was scheduled an appointment and told I'd have an intake and would be asked about my medications. I was not medically profiled because of my mental health and accused of drug seeking. I do not reccomend this place if you have any mental health problems.

I am in a bit of shock at how unqualified and disrespectful the physician was that I saw here…read morerecently. They obviously mistook me for an idiot and a fool, but I quietly watch and document their ineptitude. If there are good doctors at this facility, their reputations are being destroyed by the frauds that I have experienced there, as well as the reputation of Presbyterian Health Care. The girls at the front to check you in/out are sweet, kind and efficient, however, once behind closed doors, it is a different story. Their Care Coordinators and physician treated me as if I am manufacturing my injuries and serious health issues, even when tests confirm these issues. Rather than address what I was scheduled to see someone about, who is supposed to be a trusted and knowledgeable professional, I was being sold unnecessary services by 'medical salespeople', completely out of left field and that I previously refused, so they can keep swiping my insurance card for billing. They even went as far as to make up things, complete with dates, to try to get me into another one of the treatment programs! If I did that, I would be in jail! Their PCCs make big salaries and get bonuses when they sell other services, so they are like going to buy a used car, except they have your life in their hands and are manipulative, deceitful and self-serving. I can't imagine what their sales pep talks are like and their reward programs and the laughs they have behind peoples' backs. One minute, they were telling me (yelling) that I would not be allowed any pain medications (I have no history of abusing such things) but then tried to push me on psych meds to treat the anxiety that they helped to cause. To top it off, they then tell me to get on Medical Marijuana! Say what?!? I felt like I was on a TV show getting PUNKED and the cameras were hiding and then they would jump out any minute and have a good jolly laugh at my expense. What a joke! The physician (GC), 'new to the HMO biz', feigned concern for my maladies and at the end of our session, accused me of making up everything- including MY LIFE- saying I was attention seeking, mentally ill or on drugs! He forced me to take a drug test, which was negative, as I assured him it would be, and dismissed all of my concerns, which are very serious; never bothering to make the referrals or scheduling any further tests that he said he would. He (GC) then wrote a mocking summary saying that I have 'delusions of grandeur' because he couldn't find me on Google, even though I am there in my professional capacity that he states I also made up! Who IS this guy?? Obviously, he doesn't know how to properly and effectively use a search engine nor is he qualified to be in the doctor business. He missed his calling as a fake psychic! I am sad to say that on top of dealing with my chronic pain and suffering, I now have to defend myself against these medical vampires masquerading as care providers. I have since filed complaints with medical ethics boards and am talking to an attorney. I couldn't find this doctor on the first page of Google, so I think he is making up his medical background, is on drugs or most likely, mentally ill. I find them dangerous and to be avoided at all costs. I give them a -10 and a big THUMBS DOWN
