I finally got to see the one placemat today(end of October) and it did not have my updated business card. So the information on the placemat is incorrect. And I'm still waiting to see the other placemat. And I believe it already went to the business. Very Unprofessional. I finally got to see the other placemat, and that was incorrect also. They are telling me that they are refunding me less than half of what I paid even though everything other then the number was incorrect. It was never approved before being printed. What they printed on the placemat was false advertising. So now I have to explain to customers why it is incorrect.

I recently contacted Valpak of New Jersey, Rochelle Park location. I was under the impression that…read morethey were a large organized company. To my shock and disbelief, it was the worst experience I had. I would never recommend them to anyone. I contacted Valpak for advertising and they send me their representative in my area. Her name is Tammy Barbier and that's when the nightmare began. I sat down with Tammy and I showed her how I wanted the ad to read. When she sent me the proof, it was like she never met with me. What she designed was the complete opposite of everything we discussed. She made sure she put pictures of trees and flowers that I did not want on 3/4 of the coupon and in the fine print you needed a magnifying glass to read my offer and ad. Anybody in my business knows an ad should jump out at you. This was terrible. When I called to complain, she apologizes and she would redo it and met with me the following week. She never contacted me, so I called them and they told me it already went to print without my advertising. They knew time was of the essence in the month of September. When I complained, they denied that we ever talked, but yet I have a signed contract, but no advertising. This caused considerable damage to my business, bottom line for the fall, as I am in a seasonal business and everything counts. I called to complain, Tammy never picked up the phone or returned the call. I spoke to Lynn, who was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me. The owner of the Rochelle Park branch, named VJ is such a coward and poor businessman. He will not even return my calls after I called Corporate Office in Florida. They said they would speak to him and he would call me and he still has never called. He does not answer the phone and screens his calls. Nice way to run a business VJ. Very disappointed, will never use Valpak in the future, and will boycott anyone who advertises on Valpak.
