But there are bargains to be had in software about to be upgraded or ex-display hardware. This store also runs a repair shop which has helped me before now. I've also found staff here to be good at giving advice, for example instructions on how to install new parts myself. One time I may have been sold the wrong part, but when it failed they refunded me no problem, even though I was slightly over the guarantee by that time. So, not always the cheapest, but dependable.

The staff was extremely helpful and was able to point me in the right direction for a data SIM card plus a top up on a dumb phone I'm borrowing. After I purchased the card the sales rep was able to do what was needed so I'd have access to the inter-webs. Now I'm no longer carrying a paperweight! Yay!!!

However, it was taking ages for each person to be served. In around half an hour i went to ask if i can collect my phone from the repair and suport desk as there were 4 people around from their stuff and no customers at that time. However, the man said that he cannot help me because i need to collect my phone from the warehouse. I thought that it is not called warehouse anymore but Curries as they have merged together. Anyway, went back to wait to be only given my phone. I was given my phone at 1pm - 2 hours waiting time pregnant woman at 37weeks and nobady cared at all. I used to like the old warehouse but unfortunately not anymore. Stuff is not well trained. I would not have been waiting in a different circumstances because this is not my first disappointment but this time was terrible to experience such as customer neglecte.

Could have taken me for a new one completely but assessed my real needs carefully and only did the job that I really needed.

Matt explained exactly why it happened and didn't drag out the work with hefty repairs.He did however clean out the years of dust and tie up some of the loose cables while he was in there. Its now cleaner, tidier and quieter than before and works quicker.
