I've also found staff here to be good at giving advice, for example instructions on how to install new parts myself. One time I may have been sold the wrong part, but when it failed they refunded me no problem, even though I was slightly over the guarantee by that time. So, not always the cheapest, but dependable.

However, the man said that he cannot help me because i need to collect my phone from the warehouse. I thought that it is not called warehouse anymore but Curries as they have merged together. Anyway, went back to wait to be only given my phone. I was given my phone at 1pm - 2 hours waiting time pregnant woman at 37weeks and nobady cared at all. I used to like the old warehouse but unfortunately not anymore. Stuff is not well trained. I would not have been waiting in a different circumstances because this is not my first disappointment but this time was terrible to experience such as customer neglecte.
