They never answer the phones and when they do they're extremely rude. One once cut me off in mid sentence after I was explaining what Rebecca told me to tell them in case they couldn't squeeze me in without apology. Other times they speak to you like you're an idiot or they can't be bothered. What a shame. I've heard great things about Dr Watkins too, but I don't think I'll be back.

My physical therapist today palpated my back and was the FIRST person out of the dozens of providers that I've come in contact with this month who suggested that I go back to see a chiropractor. Mind you, ever since waking up one morning about a month ago with no feeling from the knee down, I have started to regain sensation in my leg but still had no feeling in the foot. Between manual adjustment and a therapy gun, Dr. Ralph knew EXACTLY what he was doing and I walked out of my FIRST appointment with him after this ailment with regained sensation in my drop foot!
