Told them that my agent doesn't answer the phone or emails. They told me nearly two weeks ago that my policies were canceled. Two weeks later and 5 phone calls to Travelers and only 2of 3 policies were canceled and each time Travelers told me to call Couri. I called Couri again today and they hung up on me after I explained why I was calling. If I could give zero or negative stars ai would. Totally unprofessional service.

And yes this does not make sense because again this was abusive on his part. He then discriminated against me. I simply want to warn people so they can find someone they can trust.
