Improperly insulated windows. House/loft bumpout built a foot shorter than contracted. 30 inch wide shower reduced to 24 due to installation of unplanned pocket door. Said door installed incorrectly. Multiple other issues requiring tens of thousands of dollars of work to address. Company has started blocking anyone that questions them online, and removing tags from social media, while offering hundreds of dollars worth of work to address the thousands worth of issues.
