Let me tell you something about Clubb's Air, they're rude. Our home warranty company sent us to…read moreClubb's because they were in our network. They've been out to our house three times in a three week period to fix our air conditioner, and this last time I suppose it finally bit the dust. The secretary is a rude cow. She continuously takes a very long time to answer questions, drags her feet, and refuses to help you if you need it. So this is our third time dealing with her, and we haven't had air conditioning in our house for over a week now with three kids and three adults in the house. Does she care? No. Today I called her to get an update on the air conditioner, I'd missed her call after me calling her twice in the last two days with her promise to get back to me when she could. Well, when I called her back, she was in a hair appointment at 3 PM and refused to answer my questions until she was done. So I call back around 4:40 and she answers. She's been done with her hair appointment for a while, but 'forgot to call.' Well, if you have the choice to use Clubb's, I'd skip them. They're not worth the hassle. If you do have to use her, try to be extremely nice to the secretary and try not to upset her in anyway. And don't call her too much (more than once a day is too much...she'll get to you when she gets to you.) Also, after playing back and forth phone tag with my warranty company and the Clubb's, I find out that Clubb's never sent their information in because they're waiting for their travel fee from our warranty company. So she refuses to send the report in to my warranty company until then. Wonderful person she is.

He was surprised when I told him we would just cancel. We don't have time to play games.

Made a claim CHW on 8/25/22 these poeple took the claim and…read morescheduled appt for 8/27/22, never showed up or called, contacted them the next day 8/28/22, they stated they would arrive that day, showed up around 5 pm, and stated they only wanted cash or a credit card, no check. Tech got angry, he miss diagnosed the problem with the mini split and would do nothing to fix the problem, said he had to hear back from CHW before he would work on it. stated that the evaporation line was stopped with foreign material. i DID NOT pay him cause he didnt do anything, so he told CHW that i/we did not install the mini split right and for them not to pay to fix it. min split was installed by reputable company and working great for 18 months. i contracted another ac repairman they fixed my problem, which was just the drain line being clogged, and only charged me 144.00 dollars. the company was just trying to rip off me and CHW. run as far away as possible from this company. thy got a 1 cause there aint anything less!
