Adams installed a new circuit to our newly built covered porch, with an outdoor outlet and ran electric and conduit to the middle of the ceiling to hang a ceiling fan. They also ran cable TV cable and put in an electrical outlet for an outdoor TV. Finally they installed a wall mounted TV bracket and hung the TV and installed the ceiling fan. Start to finish they were friendly, courteous, professional, communicative and neat and clean. They checked in with me every step of the way and demo'ed everything for me and answered questions before they left. So glad they were able to fit me in for a relatively small job during a busy time of year. Highly recommended and we will certainly call them again for any new work we need. read more

They were our favorite sub-contractor, by far, showing up for work early and performing all the electrical work throughout the house. They're clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and also willing to answer questions and explain things clearly and patiently to the home owner. We also appreciated their thoughtful suggestions on how to save money when decisions had to be made. Everyone on the crew made the same impression. They all really seem to care that the customer is happy with the outcome. The quality of their work exceeded any other sub-contractor's. And they stand by their work completely. We've gotten to know Richard and his great team through a larger kitchen renovation project we did this summer. His team was professional, courteous, and responsive. They consistently solicited our opinion about where to position switches, outlets, ceiling cans, etc..., and provided very useful advice and recommendations along the way. These guys are great! Richard, Erik, and Zeke did great work on my house, I recommend them to anyone who'll listen. They removed *allllll* of my knob and tube wiring (and there was a lot), replaced dangerously crunchy wiring wherever they found it, put lights in the bedrooms (I know, dragging this house into the 21st century), grounded all the outlets and put in some new ones, gfci/afci'd where needed, put in a vented bathroom fan, and put in smoke/co2 detectors. I contacted Richard after I lost power in my second bedroom after I tried to change the outlets myself. He came out the same night and attempted to fix the problem, however he was unable to and scheduled someone else to come out a few days later. I was very grateful that he was able to come out the same night. Upon leaving, Richard stated that he would not charge me for the work HE did because he wasn't able to fix the problem. When the second electrician came and repaired everything in my house that I had inadvertently broken, I was told that I would be billed for the job at a later date, I just didn't know it would be a month and a half later. The second electrician, Ed, was awesome. He was professional and answered any and all questions that I had - I give him 5 stars. Richard, on the other hand, complained the whole time that he had somewhere else to be. He exhibited behaviors that showed me that he was doing me a big FAVOR on coming out and helping me after work hours but it was taking up too much of his time. My feeling as ... if he had evening plans, he should have just been open with me about it and scheduled something for another day. I was very annoyed that upon my recent bill, he DID charge me for the time he was at my house along with the time Ed was here as well. When he was asked about it he stated, "I said I would give you a discount." I was hoping after the great job Ed had done I could hire Richard's team to rewire my house, however after implying that I am a liar from a conversation we had during our initial meeting . . .
