They don't have showroom or anything but they are happy for you to visit their warehouse in west london or will send samples out. They were slightly more expensive than a couple of others we looked at but they have a huge range of sizes and their own commercial laundry so everything was in perfect condition and they delivered on time.

We were very disappointed with Magic Event and will not be using them ever again. My advice to…read moreanyone else would be to also not use. They seem to have very good reviews on their website, I emailed them to express my disappointment, their response was that they "rated the event 5/5", it seems the rating in their website are their own opinions not the opinions of their clients. They said they would attend on the Friday night, they didn't turn up or call to let us know. Eventually they called back after numerous calls, their excuse was that their van had broken down. No contact on the Saturday morning either, whilst preparing for our wedding we were sorting out a sound bar to use as we had lost all confidence in Magic Event. They did eventually make contact with further excuses and did set up. They complained they did not have enough room however should they have turned up when they said they would we could have planned with them. Lighting was not what they advertised. It seems there was a lit DJ, some very small flames and a ceiling laser. No smoke machine or any other disco style lights. They claimed they had these but it may have been they chose not to use them. They said they used extra uplighters which was nice but not necessary and did not make up for the additional stress and anxiety they caused. In emails with them they expressed they did not profit from our event due to their broken down van, not relevant or necessary for us to know. They have also tried claiming another suppliers white backdrop and fairy-lights decorations as their own. Opportunities to put this right we're given and multiple emails exchanged with them. They responded with numerous excuses and photographs, sadly these did not make up for the issues. In my opinion this company is not worth using for the extra anxiety, stress, non communication and inconvenience caused to us.

The idea that we would only pay for the photos seemed too good to be true; I didn't know what to expect. But when put in contact with Ben he was so helpful to work with through email, to determine where we'd meet, what kind of photos & background shots we'd like, what time of day worked best, etc. We were visiting London for our 10 year anniversary and I wanted to make it a really special memory. Ben was the best photographer I've ever worked with. Better than our wedding photographer. He posed us when needed, helped us to be natural for other shots (which can be challenging when being photographed while passersby are watching). He'd have us ready in a pose and have us hold until the perfect moment when there was no one behind us AND a red double decker bus was going by...which really made for some beautiful pops of color and showed off that we were in London. I requested an hour bc I wanted to save money and only commit to a purchase of 15 photos. Ben stayed with us for OVER 2 hours, even though he knew I would potentially only purchase the lowest number of pictures. This photo shoot is essentially free so his time with us depended on the # of photos purchased and he still spent so much time with us. When we got the photos I was blown away. I ended up buying them all. I'm already designing a photo book. We feel so lucky to have found this company, and that Ben was our photographer. These beautiful photos will hang in our home forever. I could not recommend EVERphotoshoot higher...you don't even need to be celebrating a special event. This is great just to have beautiful pictures taken to remember your trip in any city EVER offers their services.

We looked online and are so incredibly grateful to have found this company. Not only was Larisa able to accommodate a last minute request her photos were absolutely amazing. We took the photos with the idea of only maybe having 15/30 that we would like a pick up but of the over 170 photos she sent we fell in love with the vast majority of them. We ended up getting the whole package at a more than reasonable price. We hadn't had professional photos taken before so it say a lot about how talented to a photographer Larisa was for them to come out so well. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone looking to have photos taken. We will definitely be looking up this company again for possible family photos in the future when in Europe.
