On the day of pick-up, Ms. Hatfield acknowledged poor record keeping on her part and that said dog was no longer available. After requests to "right her wrong" and resolve the situation, as she had other customers that had committed after our purchase, she said she didn't want to do so and eventually hung up on us on the phone. We will ensure the deposit money is returned from her and will take legal action as necessary, but this serves as a warning to all potential customers that this company is not legitimate, has no customer service, and has poor oversight and management to begin with.
