No good communication, they kept switching up our words. We kept calling interested in a dog they would barley answer we would show up to the shelter to get better communication then the workers wouldn't know anything saying the person we called hasn't told them anything, having to go back and forth a couple times to end up saying we couldn't adopt the dog that we were looking for after they had already said he was ready to go. read more
