I still let them do an oil change. When I picked up my car and asked why they kept calling me, I got a bunch of shrugging and "oh, they call me all the time too." I explained it was inconvenient and meant taking another day off work. Still nothing. As I was walking out, the advisor (Kevin Regan) muttered "sorry but yeah I'm not sorry" under his breath. I actually turned around and asked if he wanted to say it to my face. He postured, got aggressive, then hid behind a repeated "have a nice day." Not one other person in the office said a word as he waddled off. I own five Toyotas. This dealership just lost number six.....and the service on my entire little fleet. If Kevin had an ounce of people skills and offered an apology, a 15% token coupon, anything I wouldn't have flinched.
