Used bugman before, didn't get to root of the problem. Adam is an EXPERT who knows where to dig and find the source. For us it was moisture causing American Roaches to consistently return even though we'd bait and kill them all, seasonally they'd return and clearly there was some underlying reason. Very friendly, used text primarily to communicate (very convenient), very knowledgeable. For example, he knew to look in the crawl space and identified an open cap where roaches were coming out of that was from the sewer line. Identified plumbing leaks/water damage that we had to get a plumber to inspect. Also followup visit at home, he not only applied normal spray/igr, but he used some dust blower to apply in the electric wall socket/into the wall of the bathroom where the roaches were clearly living in. For us, the big name one that we tried just did what we could do ourselves: Apply spray that you can buy for less than $50, leave 1-2 traps, then come back to reapply but that's it. No diagnosis or fixing the root issue. We have yet to get plumbing fixed, ends up being a whole cast iron pipe replacement but there was tons of water leaking from the bathroom and this is all because he does the hard work of crawling into spaces and looking around to find out what's happening and why. We found termite damage and decided that tenting would be best for us. We had two companies come out and assess the situation. We went with Adams pest and termite control. Rich came out and gave us the rundown on the job. He is certified for termite control/inspection as well as all the other bugs and critters. His price was lower than the other company. We went with Rich @ Adams as he offered a few extras that the other company did not. He took care of the gas company as the gas would need to be shut off, he made sure our windows were secure as the needed to be open a few inches, he also dug up a plant that would be damaged by the tent and replanted it afterwards. Rich is very professional and friendly. He first came to my house for a free inspection and explained in details that my house could be infested with subterranean termites and dry wood termites at the same time. Subterranean termites are coming from the soil, possibly from my garden or the neighbors and since my frame foundation in some cases are not high enough, the termites could get into the frame from under the cement slab from the backyard. There are several choices and I chose to drill holes around one side of the fountain facing the garden in the backyard to deliver chemicals blocking the termites coming from the backyard. For the dry wood termites, I will schedule a fumigation next to get rid of them all. read more

I asked him for an estimate, and he responded very swiftly. I made an appointment quickly too and saw him within 3 days. He's super friendly and helpful, let us know about why there were so many ants and how to prevent them. He also de webs any cobwebs he sees too! It took an hour for the chemicals to set in, so we just went shopping. It was $150 for ant removal and quarterly is $75. His prices are VERY reasonable considering how much other pest control companies charge. His guarantee is longer than most pest control companies as well; 2 MONTHS! It's been almost a month now since he's came and the ants are little to be found. Only thing I'd like to add for him is that he should try switching over to a more eco-friendly chemical :-) There are going to be a bunch of dead ants coming outta nowhere btw when you do this treatment lol.
