It is nothing short of a miracle that this company has been in business for 50 years. 1 star only because a more deserving 0 stars is not an option. For starters, Mr. Adams wife told me herself that he has cut off his voicemail because people leave "mean messages." It's pretty evident why! After trying to contact him for MONTHS, he told me that he would be out to my property the 3rd week in March to survey off 2 small sections of land. I had previously emailed a sketch done on the original survey, and did most of the measurements on my own so it was very little ground work for him. It's now April 5th and he has not shown. He has refused every single phone call since the 3rd week of March. Considering he doesn't have voicemail for OBVIOUS reasons, I have given up on trying to contact him completely. My entire home build has been held up for months waiting on the smallest amount of work ethic and decency from Mr. Adams. Under no circumstances would I recommend his services to anyone. The only reason I tried to stay in contact with him is because he did the original survey on the land. Huge mistake on my part, and a lesson learned. They answered the phone THREE times between mid February and April 5th despite countless attempts to contact them.
